1. Customers should examine the goods upon collection for any deficiencies and/or damages. If any product is found to be expired, missing, incorrect or damaged inside after receiving the order, claims for return (if any) should be via email to email@example.com, within the next 7 working days from the date of delivery. We reserve the discretion to refuse your request and claims made after 7 working days from the date of delivery. All requests for refund will be reviewed on case-by-case basis and subjected to the company’s approval.
2.1 You may request to return any Products you have purchased within 7 business days of receiving the Product at your delivery address for any of the following reasons :
A) the product delivered is not what you ordered, or does not correspond with its description on the MDTherapeutics.com on the date of purchase; or
B) the Product delivered is expired or damaged.
2.2 You may only return Products that are :
(a) unconsumed and unused
(b) in their original packaging;
(c) unopened and unmarked; and
(d) returned as a whole and not broken into parts.
For health & hygiene reasons, some Products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to check whether a specific Product can be returned.
3. Products returned will be refunded at the price paid, after deducting shipping and handling fees.
4. Delivery charges, promotional discounts and coupons are non-refundable.
5. Only one-time Return & Refund is allowed per order. We reserve the right to reject any subsequent returns or refund requests for the same order or product.
6. Returned items will be refunded at the value of the price paid excluding delivery charges via paypal or with store credit.
7. All return and refund requests are subjected to MD Therapeutics Management approval.
